eclassical.com sells high resolution recordings

In an era of high resolution (24bit) recording and excellent free codecs (FLAC), it is a shame that I still have to go to the brick&mortar store and buy a (small, I concede) heap of plastic that I then have to rip manually before I put it away for ever. Well, I finally have a solution, at least for my classical music craves

Edit: And here is a web page with an excellent explanation of why this topic matters to me. I am old enough (oh well...) that I can still remember (yes, even physically browse!) my vynil turntable discs collection. I can still remember (with my guts!) the absolutely marvelous quality of the recording of "Dangerous", the latest worthy Michael Jackson album. Since switching to CDs in 1994 I sorely missed that quality, especially in my classical music listening sessions. So here we are, 18 years later, we might finally come back full circle to a better quality music recording. Talk about slow growing...
